 HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN YOU ARE ALONE!

Since many people are alone when they have a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart beats incorrectly and who begins to faint has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough should be deep, vigorous, and prolonged just as it occurs inside the chest. A breath and cough should be repeated every two seconds without stopping until help arrives or until you feel that the heart is beating normally. Deep breaths bring oxygen to the lungs and coughing movements put pressure on the heart, which helps keep blood circulating. The compressive pressure on the heart also helps restore normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can reach a hospital.

According to doctors, the heart muscle needs oxygen to survive. If the blood flow in the coronary arteries that nourish the heart is low, due to the accumulation of fat and cholesterol, blocking them, unfortunately, a heart attack occurs.

Most heart attacks start slowly. If you feel any of these symptoms, see a doctor immediately:

1) Pain and discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than five minutes. Or if the latent pain comes and goes.

2) Pain or discomfort may also be felt in the neck, back, arms, jaw and stomach.

3) Difficulty breathing.

4) Cold sweats and nausea.

How to prevent a heart attack:

1) It is recommended that from the age of 20, the person stops smoking. One year after quitting smoking, the risk of having a heart attack is reduced by 50%.

2) Exercise, at least 30 minutes a day at a light-moderate pace.

3) The diet should be healthy, avoiding greasy foods. Consume plenty of mineral water, green salads, vegetables, and fruits.

4) Control your stress.

5) Keep your weight and your cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure levels as normal as possible.

6) Danger lies in trust. Make an appointment with your doctor at least once a year.

 ¡CÓMO SOBREVIVIR A UN ATAQUE AL CORAZON CUANDO ESTÁS SOLO!


Dado que muchas personas están solas cuando sufren un ataque al corazón, sin ayuda, la persona cuyo corazón late incorrectamente y que comienza a sentir desmayo, tiene sólo unos 10 segundos antes de perder el conocimiento. Sin embargo, estas víctimas pueden ayudarse a sí mismas tosiendo repetida y vigorosamente. Una respiración profunda se debe realizar antes de cada tosido, y el tosido debe ser profundo, vigoroso y prolongado tal como se produce en el interior del pecho. Un aliento y tos deben repetirse cada dos segundos sin parar hasta que llegue ayuda o hasta que sienta que el corazón está latiendo normalmente. Respiraciones profundas llevan oxígeno a los pulmones y los movimientos de tos presionando el corazón, que ayuda a mantener la sangre circulando. La presión de compresión sobre el corazón también ayuda a restablecer el ritmo normal. De esta manera, las víctimas de ataque cardíaco pueden llegar a un hospital.

Según los doctores, el músculo del corazón necesita oxígeno para sobrevivir. Si el flujo de sangre en las arterias coronarias que nutren al corazón es bajo, debido a la acumulación de grasa y colesterol, bloqueándolas, lamentablemente se produce un infarto.


La mayoría de los infartos empiezan lentamente. Si sientes alguno de estos síntomas, acuda al médico de inmediato:
1) Dolor e incomodidad en el centro del pecho que dura más de cinco minutos. O si el dolor latente llega y se va.
2) El dolor o incomodidad también puede sentirse en el cuello, espalda, brazos, mandíbula y estómago.
3) Dificultad para respirar.
4) Sudoración fría y náuseas.

Como prevenir un infarto:
1) Se recomienda que a partir de los 20 años la persona deje de fumar. Al año de dejar de fumar, el riesgo de tener un infarto se reduce en un 50%.
2) Haga ejercicios, por lo menos caminar 30 minutos diarios a paso leve-moderado.
3) La alimentación debe ser saludable evitando las comidas grasosas. Consuma mucha agua mineral, ensaladas verdes, vegetales y frutas.
4) Controle su estrés.
5) Mantenga su peso y sus niveles de colesterol, glucosa y presión arterial lo más normal posible.
6) En la confianza está el peligro. Haga una cita con su médico por lo menos una vez al año.

La alimentación tiene que ver mucho con la prevención de las enfermedades. Cada ser humano es el responsable de mantenerse saludable para tener una larga vida y que ésta sea más productiva. El Estado está en la obligación de crear las condiciones de mejores empleos para que la población tenga acceso a una mejor calidad de vida. Cuídate porque nadie lo hará por ti.
