SURVIVING A HEART ATTACK!

 HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN YOU ARE ALONE!

Since many people are alone when they have a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart beats incorrectly and who begins to faint has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough should be deep, vigorous, and prolonged just as it occurs inside the chest. A breath and cough should be repeated every two seconds without stopping until help arrives or until you feel that the heart is beating normally. Deep breaths bring oxygen to the lungs and coughing movements put pressure on the heart, which helps keep blood circulating. The compressive pressure on the heart also helps restore normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can reach a hospital.

According to doctors, the heart muscle needs oxygen to survive. If the blood flow in the coronary arteries that nourish the heart is low, due to the accumulation of fat and cholesterol, blocking them, unfortunately, a heart attack occurs.

Most heart attacks start slowly. If you feel any of these symptoms, see a doctor immediately:

1) Pain and discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than five minutes. Or if the latent pain comes and goes.

2) Pain or discomfort may also be felt in the neck, back, arms, jaw and stomach.

3) Difficulty breathing.

4) Cold sweats and nausea.

How to prevent a heart attack:

1) It is recommended that from the age of 20, the person stops smoking. One year after quitting smoking, the risk of having a heart attack is reduced by 50%.

2) Exercise, at least 30 minutes a day at a light-moderate pace.

3) The diet should be healthy, avoiding greasy foods. Consume plenty of mineral water, green salads, vegetables, and fruits.

4) Control your stress.

5) Keep your weight and your cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure levels as normal as possible.

6) Danger lies in trust. Make an appointment with your doctor at least once a year.

Food has a lot to do with the prevention of diseases. Each human being is responsible for staying healthy to have a long and more productive life. The State is obliged to create the conditions for better jobs so that the population has access to a better quality of life. Take care of yourself because no one will do it for you.
